I pavimenti in terra battuta del quartiere occidentale di Nora

Questo lavoro analizza gli allestimenti relativi ai piani pavimentali in terra battuta di alcuni contesti tardo antichi del Quartiere Occidentale di Nora. Nel corso del VI secolo la città subisce una profonda trasformazione edilizia che si manifesta in maniera evidente nel modo di concepire lo spazio abitativo e della quale sono un significativo indizio questo tipo di apprestamento.In the following paper, the set-up of the floor layouts, made of rammed earth, found in some Late Antiquity contexts in the Western Sector of the town of Nora will be analysed. During the sixth century AD, buildings in the town underwent a deep transformation, evidently shown by the way the living space was envisioned and of which the rammed earth floors are further relevant evidence.
